The Communication Essentials curriculum helps the participant to develop well-honed verbal and written communication skills in order to foster an environment of open and supportive dialogue with team members, peers, and managers.

Professional Communication | You’ll learn how to choose the most appropriate words and tone in order to deliver your message with respect and tact. |
Providing Performance Feedback | You’ll learn how to communicate expectations, motivate appropriate performance and help employees to self-monitor. |
Managing Conflict on Your Team | You’ll learn how to identify the cause of conflict and develop strategies to resolve the issue. |
The Building High Performing Teams curriculum provides techniques for laying the foundation for a successful team in order to minimize conflict and enhance team performance.
The Developing People curriculum focuses on training and coaching employees to achieve maximum productivity and optimum performance.
The Planning and Prioritization curriculum provides methods for organizing your team's priorities, performing risk analysis, strategizing and determining when and what work to delegate. You will learn to evaluate, prioritize, and assign the right tasks at the right times to the right people.
The Managing Change curriculum shows how you can use a change management strategy to mitigate potentially negative impact in your department. It will help you prepare yourself and your team to minimize resistance to organizational change by addressing the sources of resistance.
Through the use of blended learning, assessment instruments, group exercises, skills labs and relevant scenarios, participants in these programs develop their management and supervisory skills; gain a full understanding of their strengths and development needs; and learn to influence and improve the performance of others.
